Aputure Electro Storm XT26
The Aputure Electro Storm XT26 Bi-Color LED Monolight is a high-output point-source LED fixture, and among the brightest LED lights ever made for film and video production. Designed for professionals, it features dual accessory mounts, multiple connectivity options, G/M tint control, liquid cooling, and weather-resistant construction. Those experienced with Aputure’s other point-source LEDs like the LS600c Pro and LS1200D Pro will feel right at home with the Electro Storm XT26.
At 2600W of output, the Electro Storm XT26 outperforms 10K tungsten Fresnels and matches the output of 4K HMIs, while drawing 3500w or less of power.
The Aputure ES XT26 can output color temperatures from 2700K to 6500k, and additionally offers a green-magenta color correction for matching nearly any light source. If Aputure had made this light in the Light Storm series, it would probably be called the LS 2600x, but the Electro Storm series is a significant feature upgrade over the Light Storms.
For perfect color rendition, the Aputure XT26 offers an incredible CRI and TLCI of 98, and SSI scores equal to or better than the Arri Orbiter, which has set the standard for LED color accuracy for the last three years.
Electro Storm XT26 features advanced connectivity options, including Sidus Link for iOS/Android, LumenRadio CRMX, Art-net & sACN via etherCON, and DMX512. Built for real-world use, the IP65 rating means the light can be used outdoors, even in heavy rain.
Please note, this light should only be used by trained professionals. The combined weight of the light, control box, and accessories is over 100 pounds. Maximum output requires more power than can be provided from a single 20A household circuit. This and all high-output lights can be dangerous if used improperly, and should only be used by trained personnel.
