Wooden Cucoloris
The Wooden Cucoloris, also known as a wooden cookie, is a wooden panel with cutouts used to project patterns on backgrounds or subjects. The effect is often used to “break up” backgrounds and add texture with lighting. The wooden panel blocks all light while the cutouts let all light through resulting in strong, distinctive patterns. The size and intensity of the pattern depends on the distance of the light source and the distance to the background.
The cucoloris has a mounting pin designed for use with c-stands as well as baby and junior grip heads.
