Circular Polarizer Filter – 77mm
A Tiffen 77mm Circular Polarizer Filter is useful for controlling reflections and sky exposures when working outdoors. Light rays, when reflected, become polarized. Polarizing filters control which light rays enter your camera lens. You can “dial down” unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass by rotating the filter. Polarizer filters can also cause colors to appear more saturated.
A circular polarizer filter, like and ND filter, is one of the few filters that’s difficult to simulate in post production.
