Arri SkyPanel S60-C
Since its release, the Arri SkyPanel S60-C has become the go-to fixture for use on shoots of every size. This LED panel light boasts incredible output, full RGB and CCT color control, 0-100% dimming, and a host of built in effects, gels and controls. Completely flicker-free, the SkyPanel series has been tested for high frame rate shooting up to 25,000 fps.
Capable of outputting 120fc at 10 feet, the S60-C SkyPanel is bright enough to serve as a key light, while soft and broad enough to operate without the constant need for frames and diffusion. Interchangeable diffusers and easy-to-remove egg crates make controlling this light a breeze.
We find the SkyPanel S60-C is the most popular size renter of all the SkyPanel series. It hits the “goldilocks” zone of size and power, just small enough for one person to be able to mount and aim it easily. It draws 450 watts through a standard 120V Edison connector, or can be run on 23-36V DC power at 50% output. The SkyPanel S60-C is useful as a single key light for small shoots, and can be quickly built into arrays of dozens of fixtures.
